How often should you get a massage?
Sure, it feels great to pop in and see a massage therapist every now and then. It’s a great way to pamper yourself and relieve stress during a particularly crazy time.

Here I am banging on about being 50 this year.
I think I have mentioned in previous posts that I am celebrating not only my birthday, but also that I have got this far without serious illness and no hospital stays.
