Here's a few guidelines:
Clicking onto an appointment type will show you the next available time
Please do not book appointments as gifts, or a surprise. Thank you.
Gift Voucher clients - you have your own button at the bottom of the list, scroll down.
Confirmation emails are sent immediately. If you don’t get one please check your ‘junk’ folder. You’ll get a reminder email 24 hours before, and text if you opt in.
Payment : NEW Clients are asked to pay at the time of booking online
EXISTING Clients can pay at the appointment, or when they book
Do you need to reschedule or cancel?
No-shows/cancellations within 24 hours, for all customers, whether paid in advance or not, will incur the full charge.
