What’s Involved?

Your session begins with a vigorous, circulation-boosting massage to warm the tissues, awaken your muscles, and help flush out stagnant fluids. This is not a floaty treatment — it’s hands-on, purposeful, and designed to make a visible and felt difference.

Next, I’ll use dynamic cupping along the legs, which works to lift and decompress the tissues, promoting fresh blood flow and deeper detoxification. It’s an incredible technique for reducing water retention, breaking down areas of tightness, and sculpting the legs with natural tone and energy.

To elevate the experience further, I use my own hand-blended invigorating leg oil, infused with juniperberry, eucalyptus, and lemon. These essential oils were chosen not just for their beautiful scent, but for their active benefits:
