Are you going through menopause? Or can you see it on the horizon? I’ve been there, done that and  wanted to share my experience and tips with you. 

If I can save one woman from years of upset, crying, and not understanding what is happening and WHY, then mission accomplished.

I’ve put a ton of effort in my options for self study, pretty much pulling together everything I have learned about my own experience, so that I can fast forward you to feeling a lot better, a lot sooner.

Symptom Tracker

This tracker- known as The Greene Index is a list of symptoms used to study the impact of menopause.

Reading through the list, it’s easy to see why many women get a misdiagnosis and prescribed antidepressants instead of HRT! Don’t get despondent, I’m here to help.

The idea is that you print this list out, and fill it out each month to keep a track of how menopause is affecting you.

You’ll need to go through the checkout process and then the PDF will be delivered by email.

Feel free to print as many copies as you need and take them with you when visiting your GP or other health professional.
