Lets start from scratch.
Here I am talking about starting from scratch and remembering to do nice things, not just for you, but for others too. Like baking a pie for someone who is in dire need of a surprise, and someone to be nice to them.
The primary intention is ALWAYS to feel good.
Here I am talking about not beating yourself up for eating a mountain of cheese over the festive period.

What does 'Clean' mean exactly?
Give me aaaaaall the food. I’ve been thinking a lot about what ‘eating clean’ means. I seriously have no idea, but, does that mean that all other food is dirty? What do you think?
