Here it is... Stand up straight!  Really!  This is an area of development for me too, I dash around most places with a rucksack on my back during the working week, and recently I have really had to be alot more aware of exactly how I am treating my back, and what support I am giving my body.  Yes I weight lift 3 times a week, and that's all well and good, but after hanging out with a chiropractor for 3 days on a training course, I am now very aware of exactly what each section of my back is up to, and how to make it work even better for me.

This is where a good yoga class comes in, my commitment to my wellness now includes a yoga class once a week, to increase my flexibility and also give me a bit of focus and stillness in my week.
