Ok, so this one is for all you Corporate Athletes. Whenever you read this letter, clasp your hands behind your back, if you can, then very very gently try to lift your arms and stretch out your chest muscles.
Hold for about a count of 20. Feel good huh? Opens up your chest, helps you take a deeper breath. Here's another one if you are having difficultly falling asleep and switching off. Lie on your back in bed, inhale and draw your toes up to your shoulders, exhale and point your feet. Repeat 3 times.
