Here's what Paul (my weight training coach) had to say about it. 'Whenever you create a goal, it becomes a stressor'. How many of your goals/wishes make you feel good? And do you ever put yourself under pressure for examaple 'I need to lose weight by (insert date)'.
Here's What Leadership Styled have to say about it 'Setting a date for a goal, you reach the goal, then what?' Have a good think about what your motivation is, and make sure that your goal stays ahead of you, and that you are not moving further away from it. Why not change your goal to, feel fitter and have more energy, instead of looking for the quick fix?
