Exciting News – I'm Now Practising Full-Time from My Southside Glasgow Clinic!
There's something I've been looking forward to sharing...
After 18 wonderful months of welcoming clients to my Southside Glasgow clinic, I've recently made the decision to work from there full-time.
It's a milestone that feels both exciting and incredibly rewarding.
When I first opened my Southside treatment room, I wasn't quite sure where the journey would take me. Over the past year and a half I've had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful clients, helping people manage everything from everyday muscle tension and persistent neck and shoulder pain to stress, busy lifestyles and the simple need to slow down for an hour.
Watching the practice grow has been such a joy, and thanks to the continued support of both new and returning clients, the time felt right to take the next step.
More appointments, same personalised care
Moving to full-time doesn't change how I work—it simply means I can offer more appointments throughout the week.
Every treatment is tailored to you and your individual needs. Whether you're coming for help with back pain, tight shoulders from working at a desk, recovery after exercise or simply because life feels a little overwhelming, my aim is always the same: to help you leave feeling more comfortable, relaxed and restored.
Massage therapy isn't just about easing aches and pains; it's also about creating space to pause, breathe and reconnect with your wellbeing.
Looking after your health and wellbeing
One thing I've noticed over the years is that many people wait until they're in significant discomfort before booking a massage.
Often, by then, the body has been whispering for weeks.
Regular massage therapy can become part of your overall health and wellness routine, helping to:
Ease muscular tension
Improve flexibility and movement
Encourage relaxation
Reduce the effects of everyday stress
Support better sleep
Promote a greater sense of wellbeing
Looking after ourselves isn't selfish—it's one of the best investments we can make in our physical and mental health.
A warm welcome awaits
If you're looking for massage therapy in Glasgow's Southside, whether it's your very first treatment or you're searching for a therapist to support your ongoing wellbeing, I'd love to welcome you.
My treatment room offers a calm, peaceful space where you can take time out from busy schedules and focus entirely on yourself.
Thank you to everyone who has supported my business over the last 18 months. Every appointment booked, every recommendation shared and every kind review has helped me reach this exciting new chapter.
I'm looking forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces over the coming months.
Here's to the next chapter!
Warm wishes,
Elizabeth
