Here's a few guidelines:
Clicking onto a date will show you the available times for that day. If nothing shows, I am fully booked!
Please do not book appointments for other people.
Gift Voucher clients - you have your own button at the bottom of the list, scroll down.
Confirmation emails are sent immediately. If you don’t get one please check your ‘junk’ folder. You’ll get a reminder email 24 hours before.
Payment : NEW Clients are always requested to pre pay to protect my business, no offence but one week I got 5 no shows ,which was a worry and waste of my time. EXISTING clients: Payment in cash would be lovely, or message me to get my bank details to do transfer. I am on a mission to get my bank charges down.
Do you need to reschedule or cancel?
No-shows/cancellations within 24 hours for all customers, whether paid in advance or not, will incur a charge of £55
