20 Years Younger!
August 5, 2011 in Uncategorized
My recent discovery courtesy of ‘Oprah’ is a book called 20 Years Younger by Bob Greene. And lets face it, who doesn’t want to feel, if not look, 20 years younger? The main areas that seem to make the biggest difference are diet, exercise, skin care, and sleep. Sounds pretty obvious but if you think about it….. diet, how much protein do you really eat at your main meal? Could any white foods like bread, biscuits, and sugar be reduced? Exercise, do you move enough? With so many of us at desk based jobs that we drive to, are we really giving our bodies the mobility they need and want? Skin care, a big no no is going to bed with your make up on and Sleep, making sure that when you go to bed you’re not watching TV in bed, that your bedroom really is somewhere to get peaceful sleep, and of course, step away from the iphone, switch off your computer ( I have a no PC’s after 9pm rule that I really try hard to stick too.) Sleep well.
